Intercollegiate Athletes
If you are an intercollegiate athlete and you were injured in the course of practice or play, please report your injury to your Athletic Trainer immediately. Your Athletic Trainer will assist you through the claim process. If you have any questions about your claim, please contact NAHGA at 877.497.4980
Dental & Vision Insurance for Purchase through Ameritas
Dental – There are no enrollment fees and policyholders can choose to begin coverage on day-one after enrollment. Most plans have no waiting periods regardless of prior coverage. Preventive visits, such as exams and cleanings, are covered up to 100%. Dental plans may include additional benefits such as orthodontia or hearing care.
Vision – All vision plans offer next-day coverage, no waiting periods, and no enrollment fees. Policyholders can choose from plans that feature the EyeMed or VSP vision networks.
