Accident & Sickness Plan Participants
This plan is for students who did not waive off or enrolled directly into the Accident & Sickness Plan. Please read the Plan Document carefully as it provides important information regarding your coverage.
Dental & Vision Insurance for Purchase through Ameritas
Dental – There are no enrollment fees and policyholders can choose to begin coverage on day-one after enrollment. Most plans have no waiting periods regardless of prior coverage. Preventive visits, such as exams and cleanings, are covered up to 100%. Dental plans may include additional benefits such as orthodontia or hearing care.
Vision – All vision plans offer next-day coverage, no waiting periods, and no enrollment fees. Policyholders can choose from plans that feature the EyeMed or VSP vision networks.
