EIIA Governance
EIIA operates as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) Illinois corporation.
- The Board of Directors meets semi-annually and includes college presidents, business officers,
and representatives from the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry of The United Methodist Church.
- The Advisory Council comprised of 50 institution chief financial officers provides direction on specific
insurance needs that higher education institutions must address.
The Board of Directors and Advisory Council members have contributed to the superior quality of the insurance and risk
management programs designed for the benefit of our member institutions.
